    1. Why should we change to this rate of taxation?
    2. Would benefits like Social Security be tax exempt?
    3. Why 17 percent? Why not lower?
    4. Would it abolish the IRS?
    5. Would charaties be tax deductible?

    BTW, I actually agree with the flat tax.
