the American court system is at it agian.

A man spent 28 years in prison for a rape and murder that he was convicted for in like 1980's. Why can't we just figure it out the first time. What does the government do for a man that spent his entire life in prison for something he didnt even do. Give him millions of dollars? I don't think anything compares to his life he could have had. How about we mandate a lie detector test and figure it out the first time. This goverment is pretty much all messed up and no one knows what to do. We need to get new people into higher places.
