Oil Idioticy

An estimated 46,000 gallons of a water-and-oil mixture was spilled before the source of the leak -- a pipe rupture -- was identified Monday, according to the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC).
The ruptured 18-inch line, owned by oil company BP and which usually carries a mixture of 75 percent water and 25 percent oil, has been repaired.

Why do we tempt to challenge mother nature. We are smarter then we look, why would we use a pipeline that will break. It kills animals and also it hurts the environment in general. People are just cheap, the big oil companies don't want to spend the money to protect the land. All they care about is their paycheck. Itsss so dumb. You would think that after they spilled 200,000 gallons in 2006 they would make sure it wouldnt happen again. What the hell oil companies.
